There's a very interesting book review up at Notre Dame Philosophical Reviews. It's about the relationship between Kant and Nietzsche. From the sound of the review though the book itself isn't too good, suffering from parallelomania. (The idea that similarity implies influence) Still the topic is quite interesting and sounds helpful, even if this book perhaps isn't the best on the subject. (Thanks for the heads up to Ektopos)
I enjoyed the article. Coincidently, I have twice turned to in-depth studies of Nietzsche while in the midst of studying the 3rd Critique. I see important connections, especially considering Arendt's subsequent comment on the 3rd Critique in her Lectures on Kant's Political Philosophy, but I will not go into them now. I am around 5 years into a neverending and frustrating work with Nietzsche, Arendt, and Kant's 3rd Critique (as well as parts of the 1st).
