Brandon over at Siris has two rather interesting posts about natural law. The first is about the arguments for natural law. The second is about natural law in jurisprudence. I'll confess that most of what I know about natural law is in connection to the Stoics and the neoPlatonists. I've read a bit of Aquinas and a few later Renaissance figures, but little more than that. So Brandon's post was quite interesting. It really is yet an other one of those things I ought to sit down and study one day.
