void ixCharToHex(UCharT C, UCharT *Output)
C: The byte for which you want to find its hex value.
Output: A pointer to a buffer two bytes or larger in size where you would like to have the hex value placed.
ixCharToHex converts a character / byte into its hex equivalent. For example, if you pass in the ASCII character "C", the first two bytes of the output buffer will be used to store the two characters "43" which is the hex value for the decimal value 67 which corresponds to "C".
